My girlfriends laptop broke and this is how it starts. I know a thing or two about computers, so of course I helped her find something appropiate in price and power. After 3 weeks looking on pretty much every single computer-shop on the internet, we found the Samsung Carl Laptop. It's small, its light, its fast and it has a good battery power... lasts at least 3 hours.
This was already pretty stressful, but ok, of course we wanted the best for her money. Now then her mom ordered the laptop for her birthday, this was Monday last week. They not only promised us it would leave their stock 2 days later, they also said it will arrive at her door by friday or saturday (last week!).
Well, guess! NOTHING, we are still waiting. First the computer company screwed up big time, by not giving us any information by themselves (we had to call an expensive number and ask for everything), they also just lied when they felt like it... the Laptop left their store THIS Monday... 7 days after we ordered it and 5 days later than promised.
Of course, this is not enough. Since we are still waiting, guess what screwed up next. Right, the stupid delivery company still plays pingpong with the package. We got a tracking number on Monday, became curious on Tuesday and called them. They said... oh, it's in your town at the last delivery building already, should be arriving either today or tomorrow morning. SAME GAME every day since!
Finally we figured out the stupid idiots of cyperport.de labeled it wrong, but when we called on Tuesday, the delivery company had already figured out the right address.
To make it all worse, we are at the place of my girlfriends parents and only planned to stay for the weekend. Exams are coming up, big ones, as always. Of course we brought one book to study in the pending-times ... but thats not nearly enough to keep studying for a whole week (at a for me foreign place)... I need to look up medical stuff elsewhere.
I am so pissed. Nothing I can do - just helpless about some real stupid people. So hanging here, trying to make the best of it (which at least works well together with my super-cute girlfriend) and waiting for tomorrow, when the laptop is supposed to arrive.

Hey i know how stupid the delivery people can be... i don't really want to tell you what happened to me... it's just too stupid lol!!
I hope the lap top shows up soon - this kind of thing can be very aggravating. It's very hard too when they already have your money - it just means they think they can be lazy.
